We are currently seeking an IT Support Intern to work as part of our IT Support Group from September through December. This position provides first level support for Arup staff in our New York and New Jersey offices. Your responsibilities will involve:

• Utilizing Marval Service Desk application to respond to user requests and answering the Help Desk hotline to assist users with service impacting issues

• Assisting IT Support Staff with day to day tasks including PC and laptop images and setup of user workstations, etc.

 • General administrative work including documentation, inventory, shipping, and moving of equipment

Requirements

Qualified professionals will experience in a Corporate Help Desk / IT Support environment.   Must possess working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).  Top applicants must be highly organized, with excellent communication skills and have strong attention to detail.

This position is located in our New York, SoHo office.
