We are currently seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer to undertake mechanical system design and coordination with other disciplines on various building and transportation projects.    

Your responsibilities will involve:

• Design mechanical systems including: heating, cooling, heat rejection, air distribution, ventilation, air conditioning, building automation and controls.

• Manage development and work of other staff, responsible for one or more areas of technology, day to day financial management, and manage medium or large projects.

• Prepare drawings detailing the system designed.

Qualified professionals will have a bachelor’s degree in Architectural/Mechanical Engineering and a PE license including 7-10 years of related experience and a proven track record of mechanical system design and/or CFD analysis.  LEED Certification and Project Management experience is a plus.  Top applicants will have experience with a broad range of building types including airports, rail stations, museums, performance arts centers and commercial.   Also required are superior written, verbal, and presentation communication skills with colleagues and clients of all levels.  Excellent planning and organization skills required for our fast-paced environment.
